Tom K (born in 1964) works with deliberate slowness. From the first idea, through sketches, material research, and technical experiments, to the finished painting, the process can take years. He produces only one to three works per year, sometimes none. Repetition is avoided, and stylistic consistency is not a priority.

His series to date include EARTH, MONOPRINTS, and PAPERWORKS.

Tom chooses to remain anonymous – but he is a living person, not a group or a machine.
